The sale ensures an unbroken line of tradition and process, as Vespe has served in multiple roles during his tenure at BCS ProSoft, including his recent role as President from 2009 until 2017. Mr. Haley will remain an advisor and continue to focus on developing strategic relationships with key accounts in the rental industry.

Vespe brings an extraordinary record of accomplishment to the BCS ProSoft family. Beginning his career as a MAS 90 programmer and consultant, he quickly took a leadership role, moving up to programming manager, and continuing up the ranks to Director of Technical Services and then on to Operations Manager and finally President of the firm. His success is due to his focus on client innovation, strategy, and large-scale transformation.
